MANAGING PARTNER
Abhijit has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communication with expertise in conceptualising and executing compelling campaigns for brand communication, reputation management, social impact, sustainability, influencer engagement, digital communications and crisis management for large global companies and start-ups. Abhijit has managed multi-pronged campaigns with clients such as Adobe, Western Digital, British Telecom (BT), Hewlett Packard (HP), Mondelez, Johnson and Johnson, Almond Board of California, Canola Council of Canada, to name a few. Abhijit led the first integrated communications campaign that was nominated for the prestigious Cannes Lions awards, from India.

MANAGING PARTNER
Vivek brings over 20 years of experience counselling clients on Corporate Strategy, Brand Marketing, Stakeholder Engagement, Policy Advocacy, and Corporate Communications. He has worked with multi-lateral organisations, impact investors, foundations, NGOs, social enterprises, and government projects focused on designing and delivering behaviour change campaigns. Prior to founding Gnothi Seauton, Vivek was a partner at RoundGlass and the CEO of The PRactice. Vivek Is an adjunct faculty at the MICA - The School of Ideas, teaching strategic communications and storytelling for impact.

PARTNER & DIRECTOR - DIGITAL CONTENT
Antara works with clients across verticals to help them achieve purposeful digital storytelling for their brand across platforms. In her previous roles, she has led digital engagement, developed message architecture, suggested design solutions, worked on brand communication strategy, and crafted award-winning campaign plans. Between 2013-2018, she was the co-founder and content director at LaughGuru, an e-learning startup for kids. She writes for publications like the Firstpost, TheWire, Arre, Skin Stories, Quint, Scroll, and has given a Tedx talk in 2017.

DIRECTOR - CREATIVE PLANNER
Over the last 30 years, Sylvia has worked as a Planner across continents (Singapore, Australia and India) in diverse industries (finance, FMCG, retail, tourism, technology and social impact) bringing a unique perspective to developing brand communication. Sylvia focuses on building strong, cohesive and integrated brand narratives that help shape the way stakeholders engage with the brand. In her view, it all starts with being a good listener, a great collaborator and having a strong streak of curiosity. She led the team behind one of 2021’s most awarded social impact PR campaigns for Palliative Care awareness in India.

DIRECTOR - BRAND STRATEGY
Astha’s diverse background and experience over 18 years ranges from broadcast journalism to brand strategy, communication and entrepreneurship. As the Director of Brand Strategy at Gnothi Seauton, she leads innovative initiatives, campaigns and drives brand growth strategies. Her past communication experience includes brand development and strategy, reputation management, crisis communication, content creation as well as integrated campaign ideation and execution. She has led award-winning campaigns for key consumer brands including Nicorette and Mondelez. Baking acts as a source of inspiration and creative expression for Astha. Her constant endeavour is to translate this creative and innovative mindset to her brand storytelling solutions. Additionally, she is passionate about yoga, the mind body connection and being a life long learner.

Anushukaa Raathourr is a corporate communications specialist with 14 years of experience steering brands towards operational success through marketing communications. She is passionate about ‘calming the chaos through communication.’ Her experience spans varied industries like higher education, nonprofits, immigration, and HR. Anushukaa has previously worked with Atria University and Google.

Poorva holds over 8 years of experience in media, content creation and development across print, digital and AI platforms. In her previous role, at Amazon, she built and scaled content for the voice assistant, Alexa and did foundational work on creating mechanisms for making Alexa conversational, quirky and fun. A self-proclaimed pop culture junkie, at Hindustan Times she was a features writer, and covered culture, cinema and tech beats. Poorva's expertise lies in finding stories that matter and telling them across platforms, for a multicultural, diverse audience.

Archana is a skilled communicator with the ability to discern and craft narratives that connect with clients, stakeholders, and the media. With 12 years of robust experience in the field of public relations, she has contributed to the success of several award-winning integrated PR campaigns for renowned brands such as Oracle, HP, Adobe, Western Digital, and more in her previous positions. At present, Archana operates across various sectors, assisting clients in conveying their narratives effectively through relevant media channels within the dynamic and ever-evolving media landscape of today.

LEAD CONSULTANT - QUALITATIVE RESEARCH
Ashu is a non-conformist in her approach, but very sound with her logic. Her vision was to not get bogged down by any formalities and administrative hassles of the corporate world but to do what she enjoyed most – being with people, extracting insights, developing business strategy & consulting. Clients say that she is more of a business consultant to them and not just a researcher! Connecting with people, a high degree of involvement, understanding the strategic imperatives involved and getting into the thick of things are her personal traits. She is a guest faculty at IIM Lucknow, part of the research team at the Centre for Marketing in Emerging Economies, and co-authored a book on Lucknow food habits, with IIM-L.

Vrunda Bansode is an entrepreneur, experienced business leader and a writer.
She is currently a Partner at Sattva Consulting, a leading impact consulting firm, where she played a key role in setting up the Branding and Marketing function, as well as data products for advisory services including an open data portal ‘India Data Insights’ that brings together data on development indicators and funding for SDGs in India.
She started her career with a cross-functional role at Robert Bosch India. After a decade-long break raising her two sons, she returned to work co-founding and running two education ventures focused on experiential STEM education for children.
She has been part of the management team at NSRCEL – the startup incubator at IIM Bangalore, where she was involved in setting up an incubation programme for early-stage non-profits. She continues to engage with the startup and incubation ecosystem through individual and group sessions with entrepreneurs.
She has written several well-received articles on entrepreneurial thinking and issues of development. She is passionate about the use of data for decision making in the social sector, and has written and spoken extensively on the topic. Her articles have featured in leading publications including Economic Times, Forbes, Mint, Times of India, The Better India, YourStory and the India Development Review.
She has co-authored ‘Become a Junior Inventor’ and authored ‘Become a Junior Entrepreneur’, both books for children, published by Penguin Random House and available globally. Two of her short stories introducing entrepreneurship to children feature in school textbooks by Macmillan Education.
She holds a Master’s degree from University of Pune and a PGDBM from Indo-German Training Centre, Mumbai.

Sujata Deshmukh is an accomplished OD consultant with 25+ years of experience. She is the founder of Tutul Consulting, a boutique OD consulting firm with more than 80 happy clients in Tutul and 400 clients in her career. Sujata's expertise lies in culture transformation, articulating vision & values, HR transformation, & enhancing top team effectiveness. She has designed bespoke leadership development journeys, assessed & coached leaders at the APAC & Global level. She has served as an Independent Director on the board of a public limited company for two years & was also part of the National Executive Board of the National HRD Network. She has associated with several academic institutions for lectures & panel discussions & is a speaker/curator at several seminars & a TedX speaker.

Nand Kishore Chaudhary, a globally acclaimed social entrepreneur, is the founder of Jaipur Rugs, one of India's largest manufacturers of hand knotted rugs and is often referred to as ‘Gandhi of the Carpet Industry’.
With just two looms and nine artisans in 1978, his journey four decades later stands at Jaipur Rugs becoming a global social enterprise exporting to over 60 countries while providing sustainable livelihood to 40,000 artisans in 600 remote villages across five states in India, out of which 80% of them are women.
Management guru, C.K. Prahalad featured his revolutionary business philosophy in his globally acclaimed book -The Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid. Mr Chaudhary has also been termed as ‘father of modern social enterprises’ by Prof. Jagdish N. Sheth from Emory University, USA. Sheth said, “Jaipur Rugs has become a role model, that business can serve society and at the same time … can be a capitalistic institution”.
In 2019, Raj Sisodia featured Jaipur Rugs and NK Chaudhary in his book, ‘The Healing Organization’ for ‘The Power of innocence’. The book highly celebrated NK Chaudhary’s steps towards healing the customers and transforming the society with love.
He has won awards including E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award, CNBC TV18 Emerging India Award, Social Impact Award conferred by former president Pranav Mukherjee among others.
As a simple man, he is devoted to the Indian hand-knotted rug industry with an aim to position it rightly in the world and to empower its real owner and creator - the Indian weaver.
His philosophy of totality, inclusion and for-profit solutions to society are widely discussed.
