Senior Manager - Marketing Communications

We are looking for a passionate marketing communications manager to manage and grow the relationships between a company and external parties. Someone who is willing to challenge the status quo and discover how we can do things better and effectively.
This role develops, directs, and oversees a client's strategic and long-range digital goals. You will manage this as a sub-function within a broader organisational function and contribute to effective collaboration between all functions. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function leading to the growth of the organisation will be expected. The location for this profile can be Delhi, Mumbai or Bangalore.
Requirement
Candidates with 5-7 years of relevant experience in the fields of marketing communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong content creation skills as well.
Adult, Professional and Positive, with the ability to be self-motivated and self-managed.
Leadership & team management skills
Takes initiative to develop new strategies and outside-the-box ideas
Previous experience in communication or related field would be preferred
Confident presentation skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Help implement communications strategies from an integrated communications perspective.
Trains and develops team members for skill development, career progression, and ethical decision-making.
Synthesizes team findings into presentations of strategic narratives and conclusions appropriate, for various business situations.
Leads senior executives through strategic dialogue on key challenges, strategic options, and possible outcomes.
Providing expert advice and ensuring compliance with established standards and principles to digital media.
Support business development by evaluating potential content licensing deals, commercial models, and digital opportunities.
Analyses competitive data to understand client’s performance.
Negotiates successfully to the best outcome for the firm.
