Graphic Designer
Job Brief
1. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation of highly effective and engaging content for clients
2. Responsible for the overall creative design aspects of all marketing campaigns for the clients.
Experience Required
1. Three (3) to four (4) years graphic design experience working in an agency preferred
2. Ability to develop creative ideas and concepts choosing appropriate media and style to meet client’s objectives
3. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver) and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
4. Experience in designing infographics, 2D & 3D animation, VFX and a wide range of other media
5. Experience in digital content creation for online experiences, websites, and other digital media
6. Excellent knowledge of brand design, typography, layout design and color theory
7. Well versed in concepting innovative solutions and presenting clear creative solutions to solve for complex marketing challenges
8. Must be thoroughly passionate and immersed in the world of design; staying in-the-know on design best practices across all design formats, namely in the digital space
9. Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple projects based on business-critical needs and meet deadlines
10. Must have experience in creating accessible digital content
11. Proven history of strong collaboration with copywriters in concept development, as well channel owners
12. Ability to work with programming scripts including HTML and CSS
13. Digital, video and animation experience is a must
14. Driven to be creative, innovative and strategic
